Finding Brotherhood in the Illuminati
YOU CAN’T UN-FRIEND BROTHERHOOD.
In today’s world, it is difficult for men to come together in a way that allows them to develop true and lasting bonds. The increasing demands of our careers and our family make camaraderie difficult to establish and maintain. Masons develop a connection based on shared beliefs and experiences. This creates a deep bond that transcends ordinary kinship. The brothers support and challenge each other, share their knowledge and wisdom, and bring light and hope in moments of darkness. As a Masonic brother, you will always have a network of peers who care about you, no matter what difficulties you may face.
“This is the essence of friendship – making sure that the person you are talking to feels valued.” – Raphael Awuku
Frequently Ask Questions
What are the conditions for becoming a member?
The Illuminati welcomes qualified men and women who are interested in the possibility of joining the fraternity – to become a member of a Fraternity whose members and principles have shaped the world and our history.
Men and women aged 18 and over who believe in a Supreme Being and meet the membership qualifications and standards are eligible to apply for membership. We welcome men and women from all countries, religions, races, ages, income, education and opinions.
The Illuminati demand that one cannot be forced to join our Fraternity and that he or she must apply for admission on the basis of his or her “free will and agreement”. It must therefore go through a Registrar ( INITIATION MASTER).

What are the time and/or financial commitments of being member?
Time: There is no specific duration with regard to membership. It all depends on your ability to follow the instructions until you complete your petition.
Once your membership is complete, you will need to attend your lodge’s monthly meeting. Different states may have additional requirements, such as participation in an “instruction lodge”, where you receive additional explanations about the diploma you have just acquired. There are also side jobs that you will have to complete and that amount to a little homework. Each member of the Fraternity has gone through this process and your lodge will designate a Master to help you.
Once you have completed your three diplomas, we expect our members to attend the “declared communication” or the monthly meeting of their lodge. Sometimes there will be a special meeting on the second evening of the month, and rarely, you will find lodges that have declared meetings twice a month. Beyond that, there are other ongoing activities: community service, family and social outings, etc. that take place throughout the year. Like many things, you take away from the Illuminati what you put into it ; although we also recognize and understand the need for a balance between family, work or school and other interests and commitments.
Cost: Considering the cost to join many organizations these days, The Illuminati could be considered a good deal. But there are some expenses involved; in particular one-time initiation fees and annual dues.
